Returns
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns on digital products.
We do provide free shipping on returns and exchanges for physical products. Unworn/unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. If a product is faulty, it may be exchanged for a new product (subject to availability) which will be shipped at no additional charge within 4-7 business days. Contact us with your order number to begin the return process at krista@easycrochet.com
Digital Products

There is no shipping required for digital downloads. They are available as an instant download immediately after purchase.
Physical Products
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days after you complete your purchase.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS, DHL and UPS.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders will ship usually takes 2-5 business days after item is processed.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to nearly every country in the world.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking to update. You'll also receive an email when your package is delivered to ensure you received it.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Easy Crochet is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office or Delivery Service. Please contact your local Post Office / Delivery service for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS/ Delivery Service is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address before shipping. We ship to the address provided via website checkout. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
